Delivery information

We currently offer Australia-wide express shipping with Australia Post for a flat rate of $15. We currently ship to all residential and commercial postal address in Australia. We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Local delivery

We do offer local delivery every Sunday. Available to Mornington, Capel Sound, Rosebud, Tootgarook, Rye and surrounding areas. Local delivery cost varies depending on postcode. Please add your delivery address at checkout to view delivery fee.

Dispatch & Shipping Timeframes

Orders are dispatched on Mondays and Tuesdays to ensure your cookies arrive fresh. Shipping typically takes 1-4 business days, depending on your location.

**Please note that delivery times may vary due to Australia Post processing, and during peak periods (such as Christmas, Easter, and Valentine's Day), shipping may take slightly longer than usual.**

Cut-off Times

We ship on Monday and Tuesday to ensure your cookies arrive fresh and in perfect condition. All orders placed between Monday-Friday (by 8 PM) will be baked and shipped the following week, with deliveries sent out on Monday or Tuesday.

Orders placed after 8pm on Friday will be shipped the week after next to ensure freshness!

Local delivery orders must be placed by 8pm on Friday for delivery on Sunday. We are unable to provide the delivery times for local delivery.

Unattended Delivery

Please ensure that there is someone to receive the parcel. If no one is home, the courier will leave the parcel in a safe place. If no safe place is available, your parcel will be taken to the post office for you to collect.
