At Chookibake, we bake fresh, high-quality cookies and strive to deliver them in perfect condition. As we are based in Australia and our cookies are perishable, we do not offer refund or returns for change of mind.

Damaged goods
Due to the delicate nature of our cookies, some breakage may occur during shipping. Minor breaks won't affect the taste or quality of our cookies, and we do not offer refunds or replacement for this. We understand that excessive damage can be disappointing. If your cookies arrive significantly broken, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear photos of the damage. We'll assess the situation and we'll do our best to assist where possible.

If you receive the wrong items, please reach out within 48 hours with photos, and we will arrange a replacement.

Shipping Delays & Lost Packages
Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for courier delays. However, if your parcel is lost, please reach out, and we will assist in resolving the issue with the courier.

We do not offer refunds for order placed with an incorrect address. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase. It is the customer responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address.
