Chookibake was founded in 2023 by myself, Mo and my partner Claudio.

The name Chookibake comes from a mix of "chunky" and "cookie", combined with "chook" a cute nickname a friend used to use. It perfectly reflects our love for a big, bold flavours and nostalgic, feel-good baking.

What started as a hobby, experimenting with recipes, perfecting flavours, and sharing homemade sweets with family and friends soon grew into something more. Inspired by a deep passion for creating delicious treats, Chookibake was born.

At Chookibake, every cookie is made with love and a dedication. Our goal is to craft chunky cookies with a balanced sweetness and soft texture, ensuring the center is perfectly cooked throughout and simply to bring joy through every bite.
