Do you offer a local delivery?
Yes! We offer a local delivery for a certain area in Mornington Peninsula every Tuesday (AM) and Wednesday (AM). You can place an order online and select "Local Delivery" at check out. The delivery fee will be varies depending on where you live.
What are the delivery fee?
Due to the nature of our products. We offer a flat-rate of $15 express delivery fee, Australia wide.
Delivery Information
We ship on Monday and Tuesday to ensure your cookies arrive fresh and in perfect condition. To secure a spot in the next shipping cycle, please place your order by Friday 8pm. Order placed after the cut off will be shipped the following week.
Storage
How should I store my cookies to keep them fresh?
Our cookies are heat-sealed for freshness. Keep them in their original packaging and store in the fridge for up to 5 days after receiving, or freeze for up to 2 months. For the best experience, simply reheat before serving.
How do I reheat my cookies?
From the Fridge
You can reheat them in the microwave for 30-45 seconds or in the oven at 150 for 5-8 minutes, or until warm.
From the Freezer
When you're ready to enjoy, take the cookies out of the freezer and let them thaw at room temperature for about 30-60 minutes. For that fresh-baked taste, reheat in a preheated oven at 150C for 5 minutes, or until warm. Let it cool slightly before serving.
Can your cookies be frozen for later?
Absolutely! Our cookies freeze well for up to 2 months. Just let them thaw first then warm them in the microwave or oven for a fresh baked taste.
